Dead Tree is a photographic project that observes a fallen tree as a physical body shaped by time and decay. Through close attention to surface, texture, and fracture, the work approaches the tree not as landscape, but as matter.
The images reveal slow transformations produced by weather and erosion rather than sudden events. Fragmented and worn, the tree remains present, resisting disappearance through its material form.
Detached from narrative, the project reflects on permanence and transformation, where decay becomes a visible and ongoing process.
