Presencias is an ongoing exploration of absence, memory and imagination within the rural landscape. Through subtle interventions integrated into documentary photographs, the project proposes alternative readings of real places and the stories they may contain.
Some presences appear familiar, others uncertain. Existing somewhere between memory and invention, they invite the viewer to question what belongs to the landscape and what belongs to the imagination.
